1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Mingle mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mingle. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Upload content that is obscene, violent, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Use the App to spam, solicit, or advertise
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate another person

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Mingle. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the App.

6. Groups and Matching

Mingle facilitates connections between groups of users. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the App. Matches are based on mutual interest — both groups must swipe right for a match to occur.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

Mingle offers optional premium subscriptions and in-app purchases. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are governed by the respective platform's terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to other users or the App. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mingle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
